Five years ago, Wilmer decided to focus his farm on the production of specialty coffee, planting varieties like Tabi, with which he has achieved great results in terms of quality. 

Lately, Wilmer has been trying to carry out new experiments with natural-processed coffees and anaerobic fermentations. He hopes to continue prospering as a coffee producer and that he can continue improving the quality of life through high-quality coffees. 

In a cup, expect a bright berry tartness and grape sweetness, with an elegant winey finish and a suppleness of texture to the palate.
