Our coffees are roasted weekly and fulfilled after roasting to ensure optimal freshness and flavour. Cut-off for all orders is at 9am on Tuesday mornings. Orders completed after this time will be shipped the following week.

The Abad Family is a traditional coffee growing family in the region of Zamora, in both Chinchipe and Zumba. Most of their parents and grandparents used to have their farms in this region - where they had several coffee lots.
The Abad Family has ended up working in coffee and producing specialty coffee on their own. With the passing of years, the Abads have become not only passionate about coffee, but very well-known in the region for their commitment to the industry.
Around six years ago, the Abads heard about specialty coffee and that they could achieve higher prices by producing it, and through word of mouth, the news spread and today many of the family members have also joined in producing higher quality coffee.
This coffee is fully washed and then dry fermented for 24 hours. The coffee was put on raised beds for drying. This Typica mejorado lot has elegant floral note like jasmine, with juicy tangerine acidity and brown sugar sweetness. Please enjoy!
