Our compostable capsules are housed in a plant-based shell and are 100% biodegradable, with a 100% oxygen barrier to prevent unwanted oxidisation. The coffees inside the capsule are also 100% Cupping Room; roasted by us at our roastery in Po Hing Fong, Hong Kong.

In developing this product range, we have evaluated an endless array of different capsule shells and systems, looking for the one that fits our purposes best: balancing the quality of the cup, the convenience of the mode, and the environmental impact.  As capsule technologies and materials have evolved, we have finally selected this NESPRESSO® system capsule which is ideal for use anywhere: home, office, restaurant, or hotel.

Each Capsule Box includes 10 ready-to-brew capsules, all of the same coffee.
