This is our first ever Pacamara offering!
In 1958, the Salvadoran Institute for Coffee Research created the Pacamara hybrid -- which is a cross between the Pacas and Maragogype cultivars. Under the right growing conditions along with careful processing, you can end up with some stunning coffees with Pacamara, and this lot grown by Antonio Aguilar on his farm Las Ventanas is a fantastic example!
Intensely sweet floral and cherry aromatics are follwed by peaches and mandarin in the cup. We are quite impressed and think you will be too. Please enjoy!
