Adam Overton started Gesha Village in 2011, with the intention to bring the storied gesha variety back to coffee's birthplace: Gesha, Ethiopia.

The coffee beans are dried inside the cherry as the whole coffee fruit. These are then dried on raised African beds under direct sun for approximately 28 days.

In a cup, expect a classically Gesha, but they become more complex as the acidity intensifies. Lavender-like floral aroma comes first when you take a sip, fruity notes such as passionfruit and peach tea follow with round and smooth mouthfeel.
