Our coffees are roasted weekly and fulfilled after roasting to ensure optimal freshness and flavour.  Cut-off for all orders is at 9am on Tuesday mornings.  Orders completed after this time will be shipped the following week.

4 1 1 °F is our second seasonal espresso blend and was designed specifically for milk beverages and for those looking for a richer-bodied coffee experience. As a result, it’s our most developed roast (to a final temperature of 411°F), so it’s also ideal for those looking for coffee lower in acidity.

This seasonal blend incorporates only two beans, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that this is a simple tasting coffee – it’s rather complex! This sweet and balanced coffee combines a comforting, chocolatey washed Colombia Risaralda alongside a naturally processed Ethiopia Guji bursting with florals and all sorts of red berries.

As a black coffee, expect pops of red cherries nestled amongst the brown sugar sweetness and enveloping dark chocolate goodness. In milk, fragrant vanilla and milk chocolate are interspersed with hints of raspberry jam. Please enjoy!
