El Salvador is the first country to create this delicious super seed - Pacamara - after crossing the Pacas and Marogogype varieties at the Institute for Coffee Research lab back in the 1950's.
Los Chelazos is a blend of Pacamara gathered from a small group of producers living in northern El Salvador, along the Honduras border. They honey processed this micro lot which means the skin of cherry was removed, but the fruit of the seeds were left on while drying. Los Chelazos is super clean and consistent - speaking to the great care taken while drying. First sips reveal a lively cup with tangerine, all wrapped up in a silky body and creamy mouthfeel. Please enjoy!
