Our coffees are roasted weekly and fulfilled after roasting to ensure optimal freshness and flavour. Cut-off for all orders is at 9am on Tuesday mornings. Orders completed after this time will be shipped the following week.

Anasora Kelloo is a relatively new washing station in Guji, owned by Israel Degfa. Prior to the washing station being built, the focus was on natural processed coffees exclusively. As a result, there is something truly unique about the coffees here. The cherries mature very slowly and longer wet fermentation is used due to the high altitude and low temperature, about 36-72 hours.
In the cup, there is a lot of complex fruit flavours for a washed coffee. Expect ripe and sweet yellow peaches, mangoes, and light notes of pineapple, as well as subtle black tea flavours. Tropical and sweet. Please enjoy!
