El Injerto is located in Huehuetenango, which was one of the first estates to focus on single-variety and high-quality coffee. These efforts have achieved great results, El Injerto has won 28 awards in 18 years in the prestigious COE competition.
El Injerto has a total area of 447 hectares for coffee, fruits, basic food crops, and ornamental plants are grown. The remaining hectares are treated as a primeval forest for conservation, which gives the estate a special temperature and suitable conditions to enjoy the clean water source directly from the spring in the mountain. This Pacamara was processed with quality control protocol and as soaked for 24 hours after being washed in clear spring water to refine its cup quality. The result of this Pacamara is an excellent creamy body, well balanced, with clean sweetness, with complex aroma and a post floral and citrus taste; the acidity is harmonious and accentuated. Please enjoy!
