We love our seasonal blend for espresso and we also love it for drip. In our shops, we use it as our house espresso for both black and milk beverages. We also brew it to order on our brew bar, and serve it as our iced black coffee. As you can tell, it's a very forgiving blend and dials in easily on your espresso bar or for home brewing.
We recommend ATTABOY compostable capsules to be enjoyed in any way -- as a ristretto, espresso, lungo, or with milk (try a double shot!).

We are thrilled once again to offer a special single producer lot from Nigatu Wase! We only got one bag last year, but are excited to secure a larger lot this time around! Wase has been growing his beautiful coffee for 39 years now, and recently decided to sell independently. It is an honour to be able to purchase his coffee for a second year in a row, and we are grateful to our friends at Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters and Keffa Coffee Importers for helping us build this relationship.
One indication of Wase's care and commitment to quality is the uniformity of the seeds. There are hardly any quakers (lighter coloured seeds - the result of picking underripe fruit) and the seed size is consistent from one to another. The results are stupendous!
Similar to last year, you'll find plenty of darker fruit notes like blackberry, and blueberry - and a refined acidity we liken to rosé wine. Sweet, lively, fruity, clean and may just be your favourite natural of 2020.

DelAgua is a green coffee processing project, started by La Palma y El Tucán, at La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia. In Colombia, where the vast majority of coffees are processed using the washed method, DelAgua aims to preserve the natural microclimate and ecosystem by focusing only on natural (dried) and honey processing, using minimal water.
The results in the cup are spectacular, given the experience and expertise of Filipe Sardi, owner of La Palma y El Tucán as well as the feedback from world-class brewers such as Stefanos Domatiotis, 2014 World Brewers Cup Champion.
Yair Florez is a young coffee grower from Magdalena. He owns a 3-hectare land in Cienaga where he has planted 12 thousand Castillo coffee trees. The trees on his farm, El Oasis, have between 2 and 5 years old, so many of them will start giving fruits until next year.
The Natural Process begins with a pre-fermentation stage of 24 hours at the receiving station. From here, the cherries will be moved to the drying stage; coffee will be placed in African-style raised beds for over 25 days and will be racked and rotated every 4 hours. Due to the levels of sugar and moisture, the first days will be crucial to avoid microbial activity prolongation. Finally, parchment coffee will pass through our dry milling and hand sorting stage.
